General Terms & Conditions

1. I do not give or make any promises regarding the results or success of my work.
   
2. Money-back Guarantee for Remote Treatments! If not satisfied, monies paid will be returned or open invoices cancelled. This applies however only to monthly remote treatments. The complaint must be registered within 30 days after the treatments end. This is a one-time offer only.
   
3. It mus be accepted that Rico Brunner makes no promises with regpect to the result or success of a treatment.Rico Brunner needs no photo for the remote treatment. If one wishes to send one, it is with agreement that Rico Brunner will not keep the photo and it will not be returned. (If one insists that a photo be sent, then optimally via email.)
   
4. A remote treatment can be cancelled if  done with within 5 days of the start. If so done, there will be no charge. This is available only once per client. In following remote treatments, costs are as published.
   
5. If after remote treatments no change is felt and Rico Brunner is properly notified of such in writing or via email, then there will be no charge. If however the same client orders remote treatments again, the cost of the first treatments will be charged. This term is established to avoid misuse.
   
6. It must be acknowledged that even if the client does not feel the remote treatment(s), energies have been strengthened, but this strengthening took place outside the personal field of perception.
   
7. In the case of non-payment, the client will be admonished for non-payment 2 times. There will be collection proceedings beyond this point. If no payment is made, the client will no longer be served with remote treatments. My intention is to help people.
   
8. Basically I make my energy work available to the public because I am here to help people and not to get involved with legal proceedings like in cases of non-payment or to wrangle with conditions. That is why I am relying on mutual respect and will not involve legal intervention for differences.
   
9. These Terms and Conditions must be accepted in order to enter into remote treatment.
   
10. My intention is to support and strengthen the positive in every individual.
    
11. Legal jurisdiction is in Switzerland, in the county of St. Gallen and in the city of St. Gallen.
