Release your inner strength

From time to time we all experience the feeling of being blocked, or bothered by something that we'd like to change or fix, but can't seem to find the way. It's a natural process that lets us know something is wrong and protects us from further harm.

That's why in these cases I work to build up inner strength, so that our self knows there is no longer a reason for blocking our energy, and the natural release of the blockage can begin. Blockades themselves are not bad: they are the desperate attempt of the psyche to protect us.

We may not even realise them, but these blockages often prevent us from doing things that could be harmful to our energies or our inner self. As soon as the inner strength takes over, there is no longer a need for the special protection that the blockages provide.

By recognizing and understanding how energy work, blockages become less necessary over time or release themselves more easily.
