
Release Fear
Perhaps you know how it is when you fear something - it can be a very difficult thing to deal with. Often we cannot even explain what it is exactly that we fear. It could be that we are even afraid of things that we know we have no reason to be afraid of. Being afraid of social contact, fear of other people and situations is one example of this.
These fears often begin to make themselves known because our own energies are weak and disarranged. Mostly it's the energies responsible for self-confidence and perception in combination with our inner boundaries that are affected.
People who have such fears really feel like they are in danger. Not physical danger but emotional. The worst thing about these fears is that they are not logically explainable and for other, so-called healthy people, totally misunderstood.
As soon as the energy dynamic of self-confidence, perception, and inner boundaries is reinforced and arranged, the fears begin to dissolve and we feel better inside.
