Resolve Insecurities

There are a lot of reasons behind insecurity or feelings of uncertainty. Mostly commonly we experience this when we are trying to do something better than is required or than we are able. Then our subconscious is overtaxed and loses bits of confidence and stability and so we feel unsure about what we are doing or wish to do.

Looked at from the energy perspective, insecurities begin to appear even when whole energy groups are functioning, but the interactive and dynamic processes do not properly take place.

As soon as the energy groups with respect to intereactive and dynamic processes are reinforced, the whole situation begins to stabilize, and that leads to inner confidence and a feeling of certainty. By supporting these processes we feel once again secure in our plans and the downward spiral is reversed.
